I charge the industry standard rate per hour at a 3 hour minimum, including a start time beginning 1 hour prior to the deposition; time and a half after 8 hours and on weekends and holidays. Non-appearances and cancellations under 12 hours before job start time may be subject to minimum charge. |

During a deposition, I provide the
court reporter with headphones and cable extensions. Afterwards,
I provide an audio cassette copy of the deposition. Attorneys and
deponents are recorded with Sony lavalier microphones and boundary
mics for high quality sound. |
